This set is a piece of junk and will give you grey hairs pretty fast.
Ok, it looks good but the parts that's inside it is not good. After a while it will begin to fail. This is my second flight set i bought from Saitek, and both did not last long and i am very carefull with my equipment. So it is not rough usage that makes it fail it is down and simple poor build quality.

Stay away!! And buy CH or other higher quality flight systems.

Never any more saitek in my house.

That is an amazing video of the A320 in FSX, what kind of video card are you using, I cannot seem to get those kinds of graphics even using a nVidia 512MB card.

I have one of these and it is actually quit good. I have used several joysticks in my flight simulation time and I can say that that X52 Pro flight stick is really. It has a nice feel, lots of bottons and is the best!

I find that these are expensive and that they break real fast. You need to be kind of careful with using these not to break them. It is hard to get support for these and the warranty does not cover damages from any visible wear and tear.

You should use the 32 bit version of Vista, it is more compatible with the nVidia drivers for some reason.

Yeah I would just use the nVidia video card instead. Those cards seem to last longer in the market before they come out with something better so I think it is better investment. Just my opinion though.

I personally am a big supporter of the nVidia video card. I use for my FSX and it works pretty good. I don't know about the other ones but I do know that I am happy with this 512MB one that I currently have.

That sounds really cool. How long did that project take you? Also what frame rate can you run FSX at right now with these additions?
